Fairy Duo

One of the things I love about drawing pinups is that every now and then, it opens the door to working with some really fun people in the cosplay community. Case in point, this pair of promotional pieces I put together for renowned cosplayer, streamer, and part-time Cracker Milk comedian, Nichameleon!

There were a few fun artistic challenges with these, particularly figuring out how to capture the delicate, sheer fabrics of each fairy's outfit without losing the form underneath. But I really enjoyed working through those details, and I was especially happy with how the little leaves covering the bikini bits turned out!

Who knew a strategically placed bit of foliage could do so much heavy lifting?
